Returns & Exchanges – Jooltara
At Jooltara, all our products are handcrafted by skilled artisans and undergo rigorous quality checks before dispatch. Since each piece is unique, slight variations from the product images may occur.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if:
- The order was damaged in transit.
- The order received was incorrect.
If either of the above applies, the product must be returned exactly as received, with its original packaging, unworn condition, and intact barcode.
Once we receive the returned product, it will go through a quality check. If it passes, we will replace it with a new one. If the product is out of stock, a refund will be issued via Store Credit (valid for 3 months from the date of issuance).
Return & Exchange Process
1. Notification
- You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order to request a return or exchange.
2. Approval
- Once your request is received, it will be reviewed by our Quality Check Team, who will decide if the return is approved.
3. Reverse Pick-Up
- If approved, we will arrange for a return pick-up.
- For size exchanges on rings and bangles, an additional ₹250 shipping charge (pick-up and drop) will apply.
4. Dispatch
- Once we receive the returned product, we will send the replacement.
Note: Jooltara is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages in transit or for returns that were not notified.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Cases
The following do not qualify for refunds:
- Packages lost in shipment or refused by the recipient.
- Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
- Returns due to size issues (please check the size guide before purchasing).
- Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
- Products that are not faulty or damaged.
- Minor variations in color or design.
- Orders with three failed delivery attempts.
- Products with missing or damaged barcodes.
