Terms & Conditions – Jooltara
- Offers & Amendments
- All offers from Jooltara are non-binding and may be withdrawn at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. Any modifications made by Jooltara in writing constitute a new offer, automatically revoking any prior offers. If the Customer alters a Jooltara offer, it will be considered a new offer by the Customer, which Jooltara may accept or decline at its sole discretion. Offers are only considered accepted by Jooltara if confirmed in writing.
- Product Specifications
- The Customer acknowledges and agrees that all product samples, colors, drawings, models, dimensions, weights, or any other specifications are approximate estimates. While Jooltara strives for accuracy, minor deviations—especially in color tones—are not considered defects.
- Pricing & Modifications
- Product configurations and prices may change at any time. Jooltara reserves the right to update price lists, brochures, printed materials, quotations, and other documents as needed.
- Taxes & Fees
- All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, levies, or fees imposed by any tax authority (except taxes on Jooltara’s income). Customers must cover these charges unless they provide a valid resale or exemption certificate for the delivery location. In case of legal changes resulting in new or irrecoverable taxes increasing Jooltara’s costs, Jooltara reserves the right to adjust prices retroactively.
- Currency & Payment
- Prices are quoted in INR unless Jooltara specifies a different currency in writing.
- Independent Agreements
- Each agreement for product delivery shall be treated as a separate contract.
