Free Shipping: Prepaid orders are eligible for free shipping across India.
Cash on Delivery (COD): An additional ₹100 will be charged at checkout for COD orders.
Delivery Timelines: Orders are delivered within 3-12 working days. In rare cases, unexpected delays may occur.
Customization: Customized orders require additional time and will be delivered in approximately 10 working days.
Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship to PO boxes or military addresses. Rural areas may take additional time for delivery.

Orders are shipped within 3-10 working days from the date of order confirmation.
Estimated delivery dates are provided for reference only and should not be considered final.
We are not responsible for delays caused by natural calamities, strikes, or other unavoidable circumstances.
If your package appears tampered with or damaged, please refuse delivery. We will arrange a replacement as soon as possible.
Shipping Partners: We ship through reputed courier services to ensure quick and safe delivery. All shipments are fully insured and require signature & ID proof upon delivery.

Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued as Store Credit, valid for 3 months from the date of issuance.
Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item (approved by our Quality Check Team), we will process the refund immediately.
